Home Learning

homeworkHome Learning

The most important work that students and parents can do at home is to maintain the holiday reading and numeracy contracts. These are making a huge difference to student achievement in reading and maths.

A book to read and a reading notebook will come home from Monday to Thursday each week. On Friday your child will hand it in to their class teacher for marking. Spelling home learning will be introduced at Year 2 level. Other home learning may be sent out at the discretion of the class teacher.
